Your support and continued support is the only way this lawsuit can be won. Unfortunately these activities are expensive and unavoidable. It is our best defense against the bulldozers. There are several ways that you can help. First and foremost we need your financial assistance. These are needed to cover the cost of court recorders, court cost, document copying and professional fees for experts as needed.

Any financial support given directly to the fund will only go to support the legal expenses with this case. This fund will not be used for other purposes until the case is settled. Any surpluses will either be given back to the donors at a prorated amount or spent on the community.
