If you do not know me already, my name is Michael Peck and I am the named plaintiff in this lawsuit. I am also the webmaster of this website. I will try to maintain this website with the latest information to the best of my ability and available time. Throughout the course of these proceedings, I invite you to get to know me and your neighbors. Several people have already stepped forward with affidavits and depositions. To those of you who have stepped forward, we thank you for your efforts and sacrifices. We are all in this together, and together we can win. A few have asked me why I stepped up and brought this case forward. There are several reasons but only two that mater. First, I believe we have a winnable case. Secondly and most importantly, it's simply the right thing to do. Unfortunately, doing the right thing is not always easy.

Winning a lawsuit is expensive. There are a lot of out-of-pocket cost for court fees, recorder fees, consultants and other professionals hired to bring our best case before the court. Please support this cause by giving with generosity. It's a small price to pay for what you could ultimately loose in property value. If you do not live on the course and want to contribute, please do so. We welcome all support and are very appreciative of all efforts to stop the development of Lanier Golf Course.
